About Us
Rocky Knob Estates is an exquisite mountain home community nestled in the Appalachian Mountains of North Georgia above the town of Young Harris. The development's outstanding natural features include dramatic mountain views of adjacent Chattahoochee National Forest, streams, extensive mixed hardwoods forest, and designated-wilderness land.
It is the intent and purpose of the Rocky Knob Estates Property Owners Association to preserve, maintain and protect the natural and man made features of this community so as to enhance the enjoyment, tranquility, security and property values of all our residents.
